I have been losing weight and gaining weight and losing and gaining for many years. At my lowest, I weighed 98 pounds, which was way too thin, but I was in college, so it was ok.
At my highest, when I began this new journey, I actually tipped the scales at 198. My co-worker had been working out with a friend, and was really an inspiration. I tried working out with her and her friend for awhile, and did the Insanity workout. It was tough, but I enjoyed it. My coworker got bored with it, and so we tried T25. It was shorter, but the workouts didn't seem to give me results, and I lost interest. So, ended up gaining weight back.
After a trip with my parents this spring, I decided it was time to really work at making my weight loss happen and stick. So I got a membership at Snap Fitness. I have been going every week since, and have seen a 15 pound weight loss!
So, I will chart my journey here. See what works, what doesn't and hopefully meet my goals.
